Bang Ayyubi Ready to Lead HIPMI Karawang, Aims to Boost Collaboration and Elevate SMEs

THE KARAWANG POST | Successful young entrepreneur H. Shalahudin Al-Ayyubi, popularly known as Bang Ayyubi, has officially declared his readiness to run for Chairman of the Karawang Branch of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (BPC HIPMI) for the 2025-2028 term.

Speaking to reporters on Saturday (March 1), Bang Ayyubi emphasized that he is fully prepared, both mentally and physically, to lead HIPMI Karawang. He is committed to transforming the organization into a driving force for economic growth by fostering stronger collaboration among young entrepreneurs.

"InsyaAllah, I am ready to compete in the upcoming HIPMI Karawang Branch Conference (Muscab). My vision is to make HIPMI a home for young entrepreneurs where they can support each other and grow together," said Bang Ayyubi, who currently serves as the Deputy Treasurer of BPC HIPMI Karawang.

Bang Ayyubi believes that HIPMI, as a strategic organization, must strengthen its cooperation with local governments and financial institutions. This effort aims to provide easier access to capital and policy incentives that benefit young entrepreneurs.

"We want to create a healthy and mutually beneficial business ecosystem. With the right business matching initiatives, HIPMI members can gain better opportunities and access to funding tailored to their respective industries," he explained.

As a self-made entrepreneur, Bang Ayyubi is highly passionate about the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Karawang. He highlights the need for ongoing mentorship and training programs to help small business owners scale up their operations.

"SMEs in Karawang must level up. If elected, I will ensure that HIPMI provides mentorship and training programs, enabling small businesses to become more competitive and expand their market reach," he stated.

The upcoming HIPMI Karawang Branch Conference will be a crucial moment in determining the organization’s future direction. If given the mandate to lead, Bang Ayyubi promises to bring impactful changes to the young business community in Karawang. (*)
