THE KARAWANG POST - Bank bjb continues to innovate in expanding access to financial services for the community. One of its strategic initiatives, the bjb BiSA! Agent Program, was reintroduced through a socialization event in Klari District, Karawang Regency, on Wednesday (February 26, 2025).
The event was attended by village
heads, village secretaries, Village Consultative Bodies (BPD), and representatives
of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) from Klari and Ciampel Districts. Bank
bjb highlighted the various benefits of the bjb BiSA! program, particularly in
optimizing regional revenue through simplified and efficient digital tax
payments.
With this program, rural communities
can now perform banking transactions, including tax payments, without needing
to visit a bank branch. This service allows banking access to reach even remote
villages, increasing tax compliance and driving local economic growth.
Beyond facilitating transactions,
the bjb BiSA! program also creates additional income opportunities for
individuals. Small business owners, shopkeepers, and even villages that appoint
BUMDes as agents can earn profit-sharing from every transaction conducted. This
initiative provides villages with an additional revenue stream for their Regional
Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) to support further development
projects.

flexibility, allowing agents to maintain their primary occupations while
offering banking services from Bank bjb. Supported by advanced information
