1,356 Beneficiary Families in Klari District Receive Social Assistance

Distribution of social assistance in Duren Village, Klari District, Wednesday (February 26, 2025).

THE KARAWANG POST –  A total of 1,356 beneficiary families (KPM) in Klari District, Karawang Regency, have received social assistance through the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Cash Social Assistance (BST) for the first phase of 2025. The aid was distributed to 932 KPM residents of Cibalongsari Village and 424 KPM residents of Duren Village on Wednesday (February 26, 2025).

 

The distribution process took place at two different locations. Residents of Duren Village received their assistance at the village government office hall, while Cibalongsari Village residents collected their aid at the residence of the Village Head, Hj. Titi Hayati. The relocation of the distribution site in Cibalongsari was due to the limited capacity of the village office hall, which could not accommodate the large number of recipients.

 

The event commenced simultaneously at 10:00 AM and continued until completion. To ensure a smooth and orderly distribution process, the event was closely supervised by various stakeholders, including the Coordinator of Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) of Klari District, the Head of the Post Office in Klari, as well as local government officials with security oversight from the TNI-Polri.

 

This social assistance aims to alleviate the economic burden of beneficiary families and improve their overall well-being. The village government has urged recipients to use the aid wisely, prioritizing essential needs and supporting their family's welfare.

 

Thanks to the collaboration between the government and relevant stakeholders, the distribution process was carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner, ensuring that those in need received direct benefits from the assistance.
